I can't even log in to check mine right now. It just keeps either giving me an error message or nothing at all. All fucking night long. I emailed the help desk about the comments thing but nothing has helped so far with it. I'm wondering if something they got me to do did something with my email. I hope not. I sent a complaint off about the shitty service tonight too, so hopefully I'll get a response back about that within a reasonable amount of time.
