I'd go with the second one if you don't mind the smaller screen because more memory is ALWAYS good (helps the computer run faster). But I use a 15" screen and I love it the most for size (like with Premiere and Photoshop) but 13 really isn't that bad and you can do all the essentials. The above ones look fine though for that

I use an Asus I bought online so I'm not much help there. Dedicated video cards are better but if you have a desktop for other stuff, it shouldn't be a big deal
