I just got back from my kick boxing class as well and damn. Everyone else in the class was a skinny minnie, which, whatever, but one of those skinny minnies had to go sit down for part of the class because it was too much. I found some of the moves hard to do because of my bad knees/ankles/general leg area but I just stepped in place and did what I could.
And I was also the least coordinated person there. OH GOD WAS I EVER. Seriously. Even when I got it I was still all flail and limbs everywhere.
I SO need to do some of those moves between now and next Wednesday because OH MY GOD.
