Post-birthday, er, post

I had a quiet but fun birthday Thursday. Had to work, but it turned out pretty much okay. Then I went to dinner where the drinks were good and I was happy with my meal although the rest was under par and our waitress was pretty shitty. Then we went to karaoke which was made of win. It was in a rather seedy sort of bar with rather seedy sort of people and I wouldn't have it any other way. I spent far too much money and didn't get half as tipsy as I should have but it was a good time with good people.
