When you're new to a comm or posting to comms in general why is it so fucking hard for some people to read the fucking rules?!

Seriously, if you start or end your post with, "if this isn't allowed the mods are free to delete" or some form of that, YOUR POST WILL BE FUCKING DELETED.

Take a chance and message one of the mods first to see if it's kosher to post something OT in the comm! Or JUST DON'T DO IT! It's ignorant and makes the mods think you're too stupid to read the rules.

Ugh.

On another note, I'm not watching the Canada/USA game because it's just TOO MUCH PRESSURE and I have this weird thing where if I watch I think we're not going to win. So I'll tune in every so often to check but otherwise stay the fuck away. Plus, the family is watching downstairs so I can hear them commenting/cheering the game. It's the next best thing to watching.

And I might post icons today. I'm rusty so I have to psych myself up to it.

YOur icon makes me think of this game Cecily plays lately where she starts out saying:

(She gets really excited if she actually makes something go together that really is a thing. :) )

it would be so much easier in the long run if people did read the rules... i don't get why it's so hard either? Some people thrive on being difficult though :/

I am the mod of one (1!) comm and it pisses me of like nothing else ever when people use that "if this isn't allowed" line! I blame a certain SPN God!mod.
