Caps: The Vampire Diaries 222 "As I Lay Dying" (1129), 1280x720, review & picspam

Today has been GORGEOUS. So warm and sunny, awesome day. I took it as a "sick" day because I had to get a bone scan done so I had to go to the hospital and get injected with isotopes or something, come home and drink and pee a bunch, then go back to get the procedure done. This is just the latest step on my car accident journey. Next up I'll hopefully have an MRI scheduled sooner, rather than later, and then some sort of difinitive statement or prognosis or treatment for my pain.

I've been driving my mom around a bit but this week she's taken it upon herself to learn the bus and go out places, which really impressed me. I didn't even venture down the street to the grocery store for a week after I was here. She needs a job though, for the love of Pete, so please keep her in your thoughts.

Anyone else hear about how the 21st is supposed to be judgement day, according to some fundamentalist group in Cali? Yeah. Nine days left, woo!

I haven't posted any Doctor Who caps for the past couple weeks, partly on account of the move and not having time, and partly because I'm just not feeling this season. I'm really kinda MEH about everything about this season so far, about the characters, etc. I don't really care about the big bad for the season and I just don't feel as strongly about Eleven and Amy and Rory. I dunno. Anyone else really feeling lackluster about this season so far?

I really don't care about Stefan and his whole drama with the blood and Klaus. Rock on for him being the cure for having werewolf bites, but honestly. Angel did the angsty-vampire-who-kills-humans thing first and better. I just don't care about Stefan's drama, ever.

I wasn't overly concerned about Damon either. Everyone who was freaking out on Twitter all week, begging Julie and Kevin not to kill him were annoying. THEY'RE NOT GOING TO KILL HIM. The basis of the relationships between the three main characters is that it's a weird love triangle! Plus, could you imagine how boring it would be with just Stefan and Elena? Good lord.

I kinda thought the sheriff was going to sneak stake Caroline, especially when they hugged. I hope this means the sheriff will be in on everything now and will have to fight Tyler's mom now to remain in power so her daughter doesn't die or something. It seems that's where things kind of might be going next season, what with Tyler's mom storming in all, "I'm telling you what's what!"

Not sure what to think of Vicki and .... Uh, name-of-girl-who-escapes-me-at-the-moment showing up. It's nice to see them back, though! I wonder if Jenna and Elena and Jeremy's parents will show up, too?! Either the witches are going to tormet him with the ghosts of girls he loved before because of Bonnie's love for him or maybe they're going to torment him with the ghosts of people who have died in his life cause he got to live and they didn't.

Uuummmm, not going to comment on the Elena/Damon thing. I don't know what to think about all of that right now. I'll wait to see what happens next season between everyone.

Overall, great season. I want to do a whole two season re-watch now!
