Last night I FINALLY posted the new application post at good_snicons here. I've also opened an application post for mods here. If you're interested take a gander, read through the obligations (really, they're very little once you get used to the comm) and apply, mmkay? I've also started a comm for the mods and I'm thinking of posting some sort of resource/tutorial post or something for there? All the icon resource comms I can think of as well as as many GOOD SPN icon tutorials that I can find. icon_tutorial is great if you're just starting out and wanting to figure out how to do some basic tricks and everything but there's only so many selective colouring tutorials you can see in a row before your brains leak out of your head.

Also, would it be wanky to compile a post, of sorts, explaining what the mods are looking for in applications and how we base our decisions?

I'm also working on my second meta (on folklore) for spn_resource but I'm having a little trouble pinpointing exactly what I want to write it on. Any ideas?

I've heard the latest spoilers for Doctor Who season 4 and I'm kinda really okay with it. I'm excited, even.

AND AND AND. I'm working on an Edward/Bella fanmix for the Twilight series. I want to read (good) fic and I'm tempted with trying to come up with writing something. I don't know if I'm behind that Browning girl being the ideal Bella. There's just something about her that irks me a little, although she's growing on me. I'm kinda behind Amber Tamblyn being her but there's something about her voice I don't really like. I think I'd rather go find someone totally anonymous and use her as my vision. Same with Edward although the french guy isn't bad, I guess. I dunno.

And now I think it's time for bed. It was 32 C or something stupid here today. I LOVE IT! It's not a humid heat like at home so I'm as happy as a pig in shit. It's supposed to get upwards of 38 this week! *flails*
